1987—1988
Golden Ant was separated from the original city's five-needle chemical store and established as a five-needle chemical wholesale company. When it started, it had only 200,000 yuan in capital, dozens of old employees and three houses.
1994—1995
After 6 years of development, the scale and strength of the enterprise grew, and the name was changed to Weihai Wujiaohua Wholesale Corporation. In the past few years, it has set up fine paint factory, hosted commercial storage and transportation company, department store culture wholesale company and commercial automobile repair factory.
1996

1997
It merged with Weihai Zhengqi Group, which owned a construction company, a storage and transportation company, a department store and cultural wholesale company, and an auto repair factory, and after the reorganization, it established the Goldenant Auto Parts Factory.

On the basis of Wujiaohua Group Corporation and according to the requirements of modern enterprise system, Weihai Goldenant Group Co., LTD was restructured.
2003
The hardware and electrical company, hardware and chemical company, hardware and building materials chemical company, which are mixed in the Wujiaohua industry, were re-divided into three Wujiaohua exclusive companies: Goldenant Hardware Co., LTD., Goldenant Electric Co., LTD., and Goldenant Chemical Co., LTD.
